|
We currently have an opportunity in the Philadelphia PA area office for an experienced International Taxation Manager
For U.S. companies doing business internationally, we offer the following planning services:
• Transfer pricing studies under Section 482
• Structuring offshore financing affiliates so as to minimize the U.S. tax base
• The use of IRA-owned foreign sales corporations for exporters of U.S. produced goods
• Structuring offshore business operations, including the formation of necessary entities
• Asset protection planning utilizing offshore entities
Essential Job Functions Include:
• Preparation of tax filings for outbound US based companies
• Transaction support
• Transfer Pricing
• VAT/GST and indirect taxes
• Work directly on our most complex clients
• Responsible for coordination of all deliverables such as tax returns, tax planning and research, etc. for assigned engagements including technical review
Requirements:
• Must have Bachelors Degree and CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in International Tax Management
• Public Accounting Experience preferred or a combination of International Corporate Taxation and Public Accounting.
• Extensive experience in worldwide income tax provision (FAS 109).
• Excellent tax research, communications and organizational skills
